Service Description

One-on-one, secure, online therapy that you can do from a place that's convenient for you. Your counsellor will send you a Zoom link before your appointment, and you can easily hop into your session without worrying about travel time or what you'll wear. Your Zoom therapy still falls under the umbrella of our holistic approach, and neurosomatic therapy practices translate well over Zoom, meaning you still get the good stuff you're looking for without stepping outside your door. Please note that online therapy is generally not ideal for children under the age of 16. Reach out to your therapist or us if you have any questions about Zoom therapy.
